Find your perfect fit. Our shoes fit "big" deliberately — your toes need room to spread and move naturally. All measurements below are foot length, not shoe length.

Women's Footwear

Measure your feet at the end of the day, when they are at their largest. Add 6–14 mm of toe allowance to the foot length below.

Men's Footwear

Men's and women's sizing is different. Always use the chart that matches the footwear you are buying.

Kids' Footwear

Children's feet grow fast — measure every few months and always leave room for growth and natural movement.

How to Measure Your Foot

1. Stand on a piece of paper on a hard, flat floor with your heel against a wall.
2. With your full weight on the foot, mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil.
3. Measure the distance from the wall to the mark. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
4. Add 6–14 mm for toe allowance, then match your measurement to the chart above.

Fit Tips

The Science

• Kids' feet grow between 5 mm and 11 mm per year between the ages of 6 and 16.
• Teenagers' and adults' feet can grow up to a size (7–8 mm or more) after exercise or over the course of a day.
• Adults' feet can keep growing by up to half a size per decade, even after 40.
• This is why our fit recommendations include 6–14 mm of toe room for growth, daily movement and styling.
