Women's Footwear
Measure your feet at the end of the day, when they are at their largest. Add 6–14 mm of toe allowance to the foot length below.

How to Measure Your Foot
- Stand on a piece of paper on a hard, flat floor with your heel against a wall.
- With your full weight on the foot, mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
- Add 6–14 mm for toe allowance, then match your measurement to the chart above.
Fit Tips
Narrow Feet / Snug Fit
If your measurement sits at the top of the 6–14 mm allowance and you have narrow feet, you may prefer to size down. We still recommend at least 4 mm of toe room.
Wide Feet / Loose Fit
If you have wide feet or prefer a roomier fit, you may want more than 14 mm of space at the front. Many customers happily wear up to 20 mm.
Crossover Sizes (EU 40–43)
Men with narrower feet may prefer the women's fit, and women with wider feet may prefer the men's fit. This is very common.
Your Feet May Change
Barefoot footwear lets toes spread naturally, so your size may need to increase over time as your feet strengthen and splay.
The Science
- Kids' feet grow between 5 mm and 11 mm per year between the ages of 6 and 16.
- Teenagers' and adults' feet can grow up to a size (7–8 mm or more) after exercise or over the course of a day.
- Adults' feet can keep growing by up to half a size per decade, even after 40.
- This is why our fit recommendations include 6–14 mm of toe room for growth, daily movement and styling.
